On Sunday, October 15th, 2017, Wynne and I finally got to know the sex of our baby! We have truly been waiting for this day. Our doctor gave us the gender in an envelope and we gave the envelope to my baby sister. She and her fiancé were the only ones who knew this whole time. After finding out, new sets of emotions start pouring over you. It's different from knowing you're pregnant. It gets even more real. That's why I was so emotional after finding out.
Wynne thought we were having a girl (he said base on our family statistics. He has 3 sisters and I have two) and of course, I had to go the opposite direction and go with a boy. Either way, we didn't have a preference at all of whether we wanted a boy or girl as our first child. We prayed for a healthy baby and that's all we could I ask for.
My husband loves to golf so this was how he wanted to find out the sex of our baby. I actually love how it turned out!
Our God mother threw us such a beautiful gender reveal party. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything was so perfect. The rain didn't stop our sun from shining. We felt so blessed by the love and support from our family and friends. Thank you to everyone who made it so special! Find out Baby Awdmfy's gender below!
I linked my outfit details below. My top is now on sale for $13! And my jeans for $49.97! Hate how the price goes down after it's been bought. Funny how that works. lol I bought my cardigan last year from Madewell, so the sites currently don't have it anymore but I linked a similar one. I also linked a similar version of my shoes, as my husband bought me these years ago. They're my favorite pair of flats. They're the D'orsay Leopard flats from Steve Madden.
